  • Identifying new and upcoming project opportunities for Airframe maintenance and shop/services products, developing and create new relationships with customers
  • Have existing industry relationships and a commitment to expanding those relationships
  • To achieve set financial objectives; sales volume, margin, day sales outstanding, etc.
  • Responsible for satisfying customer sales issues/problems that may develop
  • Building and maintaining a network of key aviation industry contacts and relationships, including airlines, leasing companies,  consultants, contractors and developers in order to gather market intelligence and to support project pursuits
  • Represent the organization and build client/teammate networks via industry conferences, trade shows, and special events
  • Overall coordination and tracking of business development efforts in the sector
  • Develop key account strategy and 5 year plan document for product development
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Travelling


  • Qualified candidates will have a bachelors or master's degree in business, communications or a related field and at least five years of experience in business development, sales or a related field.
  • Experience working in the aviation industry is preferred.
  • The position requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and CRM.
  • A professional appearance, strong written and verbal skills and the ability to favorably represent the firm in the industry are also required.
