Due to a planned FL Technics Czech Republic s.r.o. merger into JOB AIR Technic a.s. which also includes the change of the legal form of JOB AIR Technic a.s. from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company, both companies participating in the merger publish notice to the creditors, employee representatives, or, where applicable, employees, and shareholders of their rights under the Transformations Act.

JOB AIR Technic, one of Europe’s leading providers of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, and a subsidiary of the FL Technics Group, has appointed Jakub Dvořák as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 May. He will succeed the current CEO, Imrich Czére.

FL Technics, a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services and subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, has completed the acquisition of JOB AIR Technic, bringing the aircraft maintenance company into its growing international network. The transaction, initially announced last year, has now completed after all conditions for the deal were fulfilled.
