Due to a planned FL Technics Czech Republic s.r.o. merger into JOB AIR Technic a.s. which also includes the change of the legal form of JOB AIR Technic a.s. from a joint-stock company to a limited liability company, both companies participating in the merger publish notice to the creditors, employee representatives, or, where applicable, employees, and shareholders of their rights under the Transformations Act.
