In order for maintenance work to be carried out at the highest level, we must constantly train our employees and increase their qualifications.
Every year during the summer holidays we prepare type training courses for them. This year is no different.
Currently, our training organization is organizing a theoretical part of the type training course for the Airbus A320 Family ✈️.
Complete type training consists of a theoretical part, a practical part and, in the first type training, training for the type of aircraft at the workplace, so-called On-The-Job Training. The theoretical part of the course lasts 6 weeks and participants are usually tested once a week from the acquired knowledge in the form of a test. In order to benefit from the test, a participant must have at least ✅75% of the correct answers. After successfully completing the entire theoretical part of the course and all tests, the participant will be issued with a certificate of completion.
